I originally made a reservation for a suite and got a studio. I had to wait one night before I got into the suite and did not get anything comped.

Very clean. It has all the things you need for a comfortable stay - dishwasher, dishes, fridge, stove, and the fireplace was really nice too.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Very friendly desk clerk who gave lots of info and extra pillows and blankets without having a fit. Told us all the details about the inn, like breakfast time and directions to where we needed to go for concert.
