Residence Inn by Marriott Cheektowaga Hotel

The stay at this site was like being in a home away from home. After check out I discovered that I had left my camera on the computer workstation I called back and three days later my camera was delivered to me.

This hotel made me feel welcome: As I walked through the door I was greeted warmly. I gave my first name and was greeted with my last name. That was a surprise because it could have been some one else with that first name.

The hotel room was very spacious - very comfortable for four. The only complaint from my travel companions was that it was extremely hot in the penthouse loft. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Marriott hotels provide excellent service, with excellent staff. They all should be commended -- from housekeeping, to front desk, to chefs in their restaurants.
