31 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The morning staff could learn to be more helpful and not so rude.

This hotel made me feel important: They made me feel important because my car was broken down and they helped me get it fixed and checked out of the hotel faster than I thought.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte.
I might recommend it to friends.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte.
