My stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The cookies that were warm were great. We were there both for pleasure and business during NASCAR race time. But they should have had bar open later. Also, they should have allowed our discount drink tickets on the weekend because were too busy during the week to use them. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and restaurants. I do think the rooms need remodeling, they're a little older looking. The carpets were worn, and the bathroom could have used a remodel.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: I felt sophisticated there because it was more upscale than expected for the price.
