Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte Hotel

This was our fourth stay at this hotel and they still did not have things we requested. For example they need a high riser for the toilet. I have an eighty-two year old mother who needs that assistance. The first time we stay that was requested and still it has not been added to the services. On the positive side the staff was very attentive when the air conditioner went out in our room. Within an hour they had a new room for us and even assisted with the moving of our things.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was very attentive to my mother and grandson, which is very important to me.

The bed was awesome. I loved the mattress! It was a very nice stay!

They have the most comfortable and personal hotel suites for the price. They're always conveniently located.

This hotel made me feel practical: I needed to limit movement at the end of a trying day. At Residence Inn by Marriott, I was able to freshen up, eat, and relax all in the confines of my suite. It fit my needs perfectly.

This is a very nice and clean Residence Inn. It's located in residential Charlotte, but close to the city center. The rooms include wireless internet, but are not wired for high-speed internet.

My stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The cookies that were warm were great. We were there both for pleasure and business during NASCAR race time. But they should have had bar open later. Also, they should have allowed our discount drink tickets on the weekend because were too busy during the week to use them. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and restaurants. I do think the rooms need remodeling, they're a little older looking. The carpets were worn, and the bathroom could have used a remodel.
