The bed was really soft and comfortable. The breakfast is unbeatable and FREE! It really saved us money by not having to buy breakfast every day and there was a large variety of different foods available.

It was my first time staying at the Residence Inn. I was very pleased by the helpfulness of the staff. I also was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast that they supply each morning.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very helpful with getting us checked in early and providing us with information on dining spots.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel has very roomy accommodations. I liked the excellent breakfast bar, friendly staff, and good location.
