Excellent facility. I always stay there when travel to Charleston, which may be 120 days a year or more.
This hotel made me feel secure: Security available 24 hours. Outside doors always locked after hours.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The people at the desk are more friendly than those at any other hotel I've ever stayed at. They have just the right amount of humor. They were more than willing to assist with my bags and many other things and never stand around.
