Residence Inn by Marriott Brockton Hotel - Page 1

This hotel was my typical hotel of choice through my former business. The staff always remembered me and was very warm in their greeting. The hotel room was as expected in terms of cleanliness and quality.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It had a nice bed and pillows.

I stay there every time I go to the area as it is about four miles from were I visit. I like to cook for myself so I can eat healthy. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I did not like that this hotel permitted pets. There was a dog in a room down the hall that continually barked. I'm not allergic to animals, but I am not comfortable dealing with pet hair. How does a hotel eliminate all of the pet hair from a room before renting it to a new customer?

I found the location tricky to find but once there, it was one of the best and unexpected high quality experiences. We were expected to have a one-bedroom suite but instead were given a two-bedroom one at no additional charge. The service was excellent and extremely clean. The personnel were top-notch and professional!

This hotel made me feel practical: The room included a kitchen. I felt right at home to clean my own glasses, relax with my 'comfort' food and avoid 'dressing' up just to go down to a vending machine. If needed, I could have someone shop for groceries. The laundry services included do it yourself or send out. I like having choices that allow me to save expenses plus feel pampered.

This property is top-notch!! The staff went out of their way to make our stay the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a hotel and they met all our needs immediately. The free breakfast is awesome and makes the room rate a fabulous bargain if you're traveling as a family, which we did. I highly recommend the Brockton, MA, Residence Inn for anyone traveling to the Boston area, because it's only 30 minutes south of Boston!
