The hotel is fairly clean. However, upon close inspection of the room, one can tell this is an older hotel that was renovated.
Though the rooms are spacious, some of the appliances and/or lighting did not work properly. The appearance of the room is pleasant to the eye but can be construed as a little cold. Everything is white, no color. There is no restaurant or room service available which left me with no choice but to go find somewhere to eat, and there's not much around.
Though the hotel was nice, I'd prefer to stay at a more conventional hotel the next time I travel through MA. Another drawback is if you are on the opposite side of the building from the main entrance, you cannot keep your windows and/or curtains open at night. There is an office building directly across the parking lot, and if you are one to want privacy, don't count on it. The people from the office building can see right across the parking lot into your windows, and they tend to work late. I couldn't walk around my room with the curtains opened well past 12 am!
Before I forget, they do have a "convenience store" in the hotel which consists of candy, ice cream and some frozen dinners in the corner of the room by the front desk. This was no means a convenience store.
