This was the most pleasant experience I've had in a long time! The room I had actually was 2 rooms, nicely decorated, kitchen, very comfortable bed with 5 pillows! In addition to the great room, a hot breakfast buffet was included - biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, juices. And there was a great manager's evening meal - a free barbecue with hamburgers, bratwurst, chicken including salad, fresh cookies! The staff was very courteous and friendly. A shuttle bus was also included for trips to the Mall or the airport, free newspaper. What else could anyone want?! I WILL stay here again!

I liked the breakfast. I also liked the spacious room.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They called me by name after check in. The room was ready and very clean.

This was a five-night stay -- four on Awards and one paid. The staff was very friendly, especially to my children. When my husband came down with the flu, the manager sent crackers and bottled water to our room. The hotel is very close to the MOA and the shuttle is very convenient. I have selected this hotel several times in past and will do so again in future. It's a great and comfortable stay for a family and includes a full breakfast!

This hotel made me feel content: This is a happy and comfortable place for a family and there was more than enough room for both toddlers. This hotel provided a crib for our 18-month-old son and our three-year-old daughter was able to sleep on the hide-a-bed. With the convenience of a kitchen and an L-shaped room, it felt more like home than a standard hotel room.

The Residence Inn by Marriott was adequate. The desk staff helped some customers who were very irate because of the cancellation of flights due to weather. I was not sure why they were being such jerks; they had a free night in a hotel with a meal, and the airline was not obligated to put them up due to weather issues and it was through no fault of their own. The breakfast spread was very good, and the beds were comfortable and quiet.
