Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Downtown Hotel - Page 1

We traveled from Up state NY to Atlanta for the Dragon Con over Labor Day weekend. Coming from a 16 hour drive over night, all we wanted to do was relax. The Hotel employees at the Marriott were outstanding and VERY accommodating! Our key didn't work one night and it was taken care of no questions asked. We lost our ticket for the parking on the last day and they took care of it on the spot, which in turn saved us money. Everyone was very sweet, always had a smile on their face, the room was very nice and we had everything we could ever want in a hotel stay. They also accommodate if you have pets. We already booked a room for next years Dragon Con to ensure a wonderful stay. Also, as far as city water is concerned, the tap water at the hotel was better than bottled water!!! I really can't say enough about the employees, they were by far the nicest people I have encountered at a hotel! Thank you all so much for making our weekend even more enjoyable!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff and management were always pleasant and quick to ask how my stay was going and if they could do anything to help.

The outstanding hotel staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated you like they were glad you were there.

This hotel is located in the heart of Atlanta. The employees were very nice, eager to please, and always timely. Getting to the front entrance of the hotel is confusing, however, that is mostly due to the organization of the streets in Atlanta, i.e., one way streets and no left turns.

Our hotel room was entirely too warm. We moved rooms and the next room was too warm as well. Overnight the air conditioner decided to start working and then it was freezing cold.
