Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Hotel

This Residence Inn was similar to many of the others but was a bit more bustling and full of activity.

Maybe it was the time of year - hot and humid summer. Many business attired indivuals seemed to be coming or going through the hotel, at all hours.

The internal hotel shop got rather depleted and made it necessary to visit the local grocer.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I would have preferred to have a sink inside the bathroom as well as a light switch inside the door of the bathroom for the comfort of other people in the room. Also, it would be nice to have a light in the bathroom without a fan so it could be kept on all night without the noise.

This hotel made me feel welcome: One employee was helpful by giving directions to me over the phone twice. He was polite and helpful both times, then very nice when I finally got there.

The check-in was virtually hassle-free. The bed and the pillows were very soft and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was delicious, with a wide variety of selections.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The room was very chic. The furniture was homey, yet streamlined and modern. The efficiency of the check-in and check-out also added to my feelings of worldliness.

I enjoyed the hotel as well as the city of Atlanta. The hotel was beautiful.

This inn has good people, guests and employees.
