The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location, convenient to shopping and public transportation.

The hotel is plush and accessible to night life. I am glad I stayed here and not closer to the D.C. area where things close at night. I love that the hotel will drive and pick you up to any location within a one-mile radius. This is spectacular.

The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable (we all had sore backs the next morning). The shower pressure was excellent but there were no magnets on the shower curtains to hold them to the tub, so the curtains blew in against the body while taking a shower. The hotel told us they would immediately pick us up at the mall near the subway (Metro) station but each time we waited with young children for more than 30 minutes to one hour because they never told us where to wait. We told them where we were, but we had to call several times for them to get us. The breakfast was excellent, though.

Internet access and breakfast included is great.

It was a fantastic place, and was easy to get to from the airport. The staff was fantastic. But the beds were extremely run down and not comfortable.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The evening cocktail hour was relaxing. We simply ate there each evening and didn't have to get back out after long days of sight seeing.

This hotel made me feel practical: Good room, convenient location.
