Residence Inn by Marriott Anaheim Hotel - Page 2

A 2x4 foot mirror fell off of the wall, and hit our children. Luckily, they were not seriously hurt, but they did receive cuts and were shaken up. The manager did little to compensate for the ordeal (he provided band-aids). We raised our issue with Marriott corporate as well, and they were also not sympathetic to our ordeal. They are definitely not focused on customer service!

It was fine and close to Disney. I would consider staying there again.

It offers a good location. The room was clean, but the housekeeping was not efficient and twice in our five-day stay the room was not cleaned by early evening. When requested, one time someone came to clean it and the second time they said the housekeeping staff was gone. I asked them to at least bring clean sheets, which they did but they were damp and thus unusable. The front desk appeared unconcerned at that time and once again when we mentioned it when we checked out.

We had a wonderful experience and it was a close walk to Disneyland. I loved the beds.

The hotel was close to Disneyland and right on the Anaheim Resort Transit route. I was able to purchase my Anaheim Resort Transit tickets directly from the hotel front desk. Also, I had a child traveling with me who celebrated a birthday while there. The staff got her a birthday cake, card and balloons, which was definitely appreciated. The only complaint that I had was that the pool was supposed to be heated, but the heater was apparently not working. All in all, this property is a great hotel with a great location.

This hotel made me feel important: The front desk took care of our questions and gave us passes for the Anaheim Resort Transit.

The rooms were clean and comfortably furnished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel provided easy access to Disneyland.

The hotel is located conveniently to Disneyland but off the busy main street. It's in a very quiet area. The stay included a breakfast buffet each morning that was basic but good.

This hotel is always clean and comfortable. Food is good and plentiful. Service is great.

It's right by Disneyland which was cool because that's where I went most of the time. It's a very comfortable place to relax. It had an Nintendo 64 which was cool and it had my favorite movies there.

I have stayed often at Residence Inns in several western states. This was the most 'well worn' facility I have stayed. The location is fine, although somewhat hidden. It felt like I was staying in a room from the 1970's.

The room was great.

It was very nice and the included breakfasts and dinners were wonderful.

The location to Disneyland was very good. The desk personnel were very accommodating.

We had a neat loft room -- 'Kids Suite.' We loved the room!

One bedroom suite was very spacious and nicely decorated. Didn't feel like a spartan motel room due to kitchen and sitting area with fireplace. Free warm breakfast was good. We made reservations two months prior but upon check-in our 2 bed suite was not available due to "flooding". Suspicious but they gave us 2 1-bedroom suites at a lower rate. Shuttle to Disneyland inexplicably failed to stop at the hotel one day.

It was nice, very clean. I felt fine letting my baby crawl on the carpet and I'm a neat freak :).

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Lounge area and breakfast buffet you could pay 10 bucks extra for made it leisurely... I was there with a toddler so every bit helped!

We did leave two hand written notes requesting extra towels. They were not brought either time.

This hotel made me feel secure: The location was good it was in a nice section of town.
