Residence Inn by Marriott Altamonte Springs Hotel

It was an over-all good stay. The food was good. There was music a little loud late at night.

This hotel made me feel important: They had check-in ready when I got there and everyone smiled.

I have stayed there before. Everything on both trips was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I love the smallness of this hotel. I love that they have wireless internet in the rooms. Everyone is always nice. We usually stay at this hotel. I would like to be able to put a room number request in the profile and to be honored.

The manager was absolutely the best! I really appreciated the time and effort spent on my behalf to be sure my elderly father who has special needs had a room we could be comfortable in. His professional attitude and personably warm support meant a great deal to me during that time. For our purposes, the location could not have been better. The folks there were wonderful. I would go out of my way to stay there again another time, should the opportunity arise.

The hotel is always clean and always has nice, spacious rooms, friendly service, reasonable prices, a great breakfast, and complimentary newspaper.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It had a quiet atmosphere. It had friendly clients as well as staff. It had a slower-paced feeling -- never a hurried feeling, and I never had to ask twice for anything.
