Front Desk- AMAZING!!

I came to stay while my father was having heart transplant. John, at the front desk was sooo amazing; he took the time to get to know me, was very polite, caring and all around great guy- I even heard others (lots) out near the pool about how wonderful John was and is- He is a true soul. Because of him- sure the property was nice and good food- but him alone will stick out in my mind, forever!! He was always smiling and helping other customers- I told him he made me feel like a valued customer- he quickly said "you ARE a valued GUEST" Thanks, John!! If you stay here ask for the best-- John Welch-

The hotel was fine other than the front desk clerk notifying me that there was a no party policy. It made me feel like he thought that I was going to make noise.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Albuquerque.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The stay was just fine. I basically just came in to spend the night and go to the Balloon Festival. It was a good place to stay for that reason.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Albuquerque.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was very impressed with the quality of the accommodations there, it was a lot more than expected.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: There were so many amenities, it felt like a home.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Albuquerque.
