This hotel made me feel secure: You had to use your card to even get into the hotel from the outside.

I enjoyed the experience very much.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The suite we had reserved had been trashed the night before by someone else. They went out of their way to place us in another suite similar and allow smoking in a non-smoking room. They also have a very nice breakfast for guests.
