21 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I enjoyed the friendly service and the pool was so relaxing. The workout room was not very big, but it had the most wonderful elliptical which I used every day I was there.

This hotel made me feel content: I was content because of the friendly staff and how I was always made to feel comfortable. If anything went wrong they were always willing to help.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Spartanburg.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was an enjoyable stay and I was treated very well.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Spartanburg.

The Residence Inn By Marriott staff is very friendly and the breakfast quality has improved greatly in the last month. I really like the wide selection of food.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Spartanburg.
I might recommend it to friends.

The charge for pet was very high and not in line with competitive motels.

I did receive an apology from the Residence Inn when I complained about our stay.

I am not likely to return to the Residence Inn by Marriott Spartanburg.
