The Residence Landfall Wilmington NC has raised their nightly rates over $100 since last year,I highly recommend staying ath the hampton inn Landfall instead the suites are much nicer.the property is older and outdated.if you are on a lower floor you hear footsteps from above.The suites the jacuzzi tub and shower are crammed in a corner.The Residence inn properties at Raleigh Crabtree and uptown Charlotte are much nicer,newer ,and have better rates.

I used Rewards Points for my stay, reserving two adjoining rooms for a week. I had multiple special requests as I was traveling with two disabled family members, one with autism, and one with limited mobility. Every single person we encountered was more than helpful, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend this location, having stayed at dozens and dozens of Marriotts, BandBs and other hotel brands over the past five years.
They handled everything quickly and pleasantly.
I am very likely
to return to the Residence Inn Wilmington Landfall.

It was our first time in Wilmington. The staff was helpful to give us directions and help guide us towards the type places we wanted to visit and dine. The room and lobby were very clean. The breakfast was super. We stayed over a weekend, so we...

The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of VCR or DVD player in the room. Everything else was great, including the desk personnel's helpfulness.
I am not likely
to return to the Residence Inn Wilmington Landfall.
I would not recommend it to friends.
