This hotel is about typical for a Residence Inn, except the gatehouse is nicer than most. The problem is that it is noisy, there are too many kids, the meeting rooms are too close to the lobbies and there were people running through the hallway and
The hotel is in a good location and the property is very modern and nicely decorated, but it's very noisy, there are too many families and children and they run loose in the property and interfered with my meeting. The breakfast is typical Residence Inn, not very appetizing, the "dinners" are just as bad, but that's to be expected. The room was clean and well equipped.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Residence Inn West Orange.
I might recommend it to friends.

We are currently in room #147. On one side of us is a dog barking at the loud party on the other side of us.
The front desk says they can move us up two stories to a room just like this one where we will have to make up another fold out bed with sheets that don't fit and come back down for our belongings in the morning. They refuse to talk to the loud party on our behalf because it is a wedding party.
My son can't get to sleep on the fold-out because he says it's lumpy. Our bed has a ridge up the middle, the refrigerator is noisy, the toilet won't stop running, and the people at the front desk will do nothing but cancel our reservation for tomorrow.
