40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel had an indifferent and inexperienced front desk staff. Within ten minutes of arriving the front desk called and they said my children were too loud. The person that called the room seemed unsure of what he should say to me and he was very defensive. I was not at all confrontational and I merely asked him what the complaint was. We felt like we were walking on tip toes as to not offend other guests for our entire stay.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Residence Inn Tucson.
I might recommend it to friends.
