My husband and I were very impressed by the service and comfort of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had one problem with a guest on our floor smoking and they immediately handled the situation by moving him off the non-smoking floor we were on. We also liked the fact that pets were allowed to stay. We stayed there for a week and it was a very pleasant experience as we were there for business but got to mix pleasure in and it felt like home.
Their example made me to try to provide the same high quality of customer service to my customers. To have a positive attitude and be responsive to my customer's needs.
