The room is spacious and clean. Service is good. Free internet and breakfest are pluses. TV a bit old and could be replaced.

Excellent
57 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

This was the nicest hotel that I've ever stayed in. I felt like I was at a timeshare.

They were very courteous and respectful. The maid walked with me through the courtyard to be sure I could find my room.

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn Syracuse.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
