Horrible
The hotel promotes itself as pet friendly but there is a $* Pet Cleaning Fee which you are not told about until you register. It seems integrity costs extra at this hotel.
52 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed in a two-bedroom suite. Its located in the center of everything and easy to get to. It has nice rooms but needs more luggage carts. It only had two for the entire hotel.
I did not have to worry about being bothered by loud, obnoxious, people. I could not hear the neighboring rooms.
I am very likely
to return to the Residence Inn Springfield.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff acknowledged me upon entry and had me checked in in about thirty seconds. They were all nice people with smiles and seemed very happy to be there.
