I am a Marriott Rewards member. I requested a room either on the ground floor or at least very close to an elevator. I was placed on the top floor furthest from anywhere. I have stayed at several Marriots and this was the first one that I had to pay a deposit in excess of the cost of my total stay. The room was not as clean as what I expected from Marriot. I sent in comments about my stay and never heard anything from Marriot in response.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Residence Inn Springdale.

They had trouble getting the pass keys to the room to work correctly. This happened in my opinion due to employee ignorance.
The suite was spacious. There was plenty of room for the two families that stayed there. Having three tvs was an excellent touch. The full kitchen although not used was excellent.

It was a very pleasureable experience. The staff was very accomadating.
We were having a family reunion at the jones center in springdale. Most of us stayed at the residence inn. They allowed us to us a conference room for a covered dish supper one night and we also used the room to play games a couple of nights.
