The hotel was conveniently located, clean and comfortable with a nice pool. The only issue was that we were not given bedding for the pull out couch and when we called the desk to ask for it, the employee was unfriendly and acted rudely. However, all the other staff was friendly.

This brand new Residence Inn is a very nice place to stay in an area where rooms are sometimes hard to come by. It has easy but quiet access, near I-87, but sufficiently screened from any road noise. It was a very nice experience even after I caused them grief by accidentally setting off the smoke alarm from my cooking - no fire, just a lot of smoke beyond what the range hood could handle.
