Outdoor pool and whirlpool.Very dirty-layers of dirt residue-smells like -dirty pets/bed hurt my back. This place needs a major cleaning overhaul and some new beds. Pubic hair and dirt stuck to the walls and floors, pet urine smell and excrement...

In general it was a very enjoyable stay. One thing to be aware of is that the breakfast service can get crowded during busy weeks, but the crowd can be avoided by going early, as soon as the breakfast service opens. The service staff is very responsive and helpful, and the location is very quiet.
The overall layout of the hotel is very conducive to a quiet, peaceful environment. There isn't any road traffic nearby, nor is there a lot of foot traffic outside of the hotel room doors.
I am very likely
to return to the Residence Inn San Ramon.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel had great service! Their amenities were terrific. They served a great free breakfast buffet, and not just the basics, but waffles, sausages, eggs, and much, much more. They have nice pool, and basketball courts. Ten of us traveled, five adults, three teenagers, and two little ones, and we all had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was within walking distance to Target and the shopping center. We attended a wedding reception at local community center. It had good freeway access. It was a quick trip to San Francisco as well. They need to post pictures, the suites are really nice!
