The breakfast buffet was excellent. This hotel was distant from the main attractions of Reno. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff made this a great place to stay.

Very ideal for a traveler.Slightly away from the main activity i.e. gambling. It's a perfect place to stay for business and leisure especially with a family.

Okay
Nice to have a kitchenette, nice breakfast buffet.King rooms were all taken, our room was next to freeway on ground level. This would be a good hotel for a business traveler on a long stay. No casino, easy parking, ample breakfast. But the only...
67 year old female with a budget, traveling for business
The Residence Inn hotel in Reno became like home away from home. Everyone from the office front desk to housekeeping was great to me and earned my praise. My studio was comfortable and pleasant. The cooling and heating systems were excellent and the bed was just right. The only complaint would be of the TV. The reception was poor on some channels and the service was limited to very few channels. I am looking forward to my next stay and meeting old friends.
The employees went out of their way to meet all of my requests. In fact, there were people on the staff who went beyond the call of duty.
I am very likely
to return to the Residence Inn Reno.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

There were no major issues. We stay there frequently. I love that the entire hotel is now non-smoking! My only wish is that the eggs were less runny and the oatmeal less watery.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.
