42 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I lost a Polo T-Shirt and sunglasses on 2 separate incidents at Residence Inn Crabtree. The personnel were unprofessional and the manager did not take action on these problems. Stay away!! My company will not use this hotel again...

Unless you like loud parties, stay away from this hotel! Had the misfortune of staying here when there were two loud parties going on. Was told by the desk they would get to the party I was complaining about after they took care of another. Score one for honesty, but they couldn't contain the party.

The place was fine but there wasn't anything stellar about it. I stayed for 4 weeks--nothing glaringly wrong but nothing that really jumped out as a huge positive. I would stay there again, if just for the Marriott points.
