52 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed for 7 nights, attending a conference. Staff was friendly and engaging, from the front desk, to the custodial staff, and the dining area staff. Free breakfast and evening food was a bonus, although the lack of a full restaurant and room service is a negative. The in-room kitchen was nice, although not everyone likes to cook while traveling. Free high speed internet worked well. Price was extremely competitive compared to comparable hotels in the area. Walking distance to good restaurants, subway stations, Pa Convention Center and Reading Market.

They provide full hot breakfast every morning and small hot evening meal Mon-Thurs. The rooms are nicely appointed and well insulated. Had problems with the elevator strangely enough...and I expected a little more helpfulness from the front desk...

The location was very convenient. I was staying there to celebrate New Year's and the center city location was great. The room was smaller than I expected, but it was great to have a refrigerator in the room. The TV was very nice, a flat-screen LCD. The sofa bed was mildly comfortable, as sofa beds go. The bathroom area was very nice.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Residence Inn Philadelphia Center City.
