I found that the suite made my stay very nice compared to the basic box room in an average hotel this had a kitchen, sitting area with couch and office desk w/chair, seperate bathroom and grooming area and sleeping area. these look like apartments...

25 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The facilities and the staff were pretty good, as was the continental breakfast. The first time, the shower did not get very hot so now, upon check in, we asked them to turn the water heater in the room up so we would have hotter water. Also, people tend to use the large suites in this hotel for parties and it makes already limited parking more difficult.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Residence Inn Ontario Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.

Friendly, good food choices clean.Can hear noise from upstairs rooms. Very nice place that is far away from the railroad tracks, however, the insulation between the floors is thin and one can hear every footstep that is made in the suite above you....

Mediocre
The hotel is not up to the standards expected from a Marriott property. The couch in the room was filthy, even though an attempt had been made to clean. However, the bed gave a great night sleep.
