I stayed at the hotel for a business trip and had to stay over the weekend as well. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Minneapolis. It was connected through the skyway to my office and to all the stores on Nicollette Mall. I also had the opportunity to see the night life in Minneapolis and the front desk staff had excellent suggestions of bars near the hotel. They had free internet, breakfast, and social hour supper. The staff was youthful and energetic and a pleasure to talk to. I would recomend this hotel for business and pleasure.

Horrible
The room was nice, but the customer service at this hotel was lousy. What I paid for it, I could have stayed at the Hilton or Radisson which offered the same rate and I will next time. The staff here is so concern about watching out for undesirables ...

The hotel was a fine place to stay. The staff was very nice. The area itself was not that nice as there were a lot of people walking around the area asking for money.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Residence Inn Minneapolis Downtown/City Center.
I might recommend it to friends.
