60 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This was the most pleasant experience I've had in a long time! The room I had actually was 2 rooms, nicely decorated, kitchen, very comfortable bed with 5 pillows! In addition to the great room, a hot breakfast buffet was included - biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, juices. And there was a great manager's evening meal - a free barbecue with hamburgers, bratwurst, chicken including salad, fresh cookies! The staff was very courteous and friendly. A shuttle bus was also included for trips to the Mall or the airport, free newspaper. What else could anyone want?! I WILL stay here again!

Excellent
This was a great place to stay with our two young children. Very quiet - had a room right by the elevator and didn't hear a thing. Nice soft bedding, lots of room, extra pillows. Bring Aqua Socks for the kiddos - slippery pool floor.

This is a happy and comfortable place for a family and there was more than enough room for both toddlers. This hotel provided a crib for our 18-month-old son and our three-year-old daughter was able to sleep on the hide-a-bed. With the convenience of a kitchen and an L-shaped room, it felt more like home than a standard hotel room.

Excellent
We stayed at Residence Inn for two nights and we were very pleased with the hotel and the staff was very customer service oriented. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Will definately stay here again.

The Residence Inn by Marriott was adequate. The desk staff helped some customers who were very irate because of the cancellation of flights due to weather. I was not sure why they were being such jerks; they had a free night in a hotel with a meal

This is a very nice Residents Inn with the added bonus of being next to a Marriott's Courtyard. The Courtyard had a full service restaurant and room service is available to the staying at the Residents Inn at no extra charge. We love it.
The continental breakfast provided was actually hot food and not just Danishes and cereal. They also provided us with the local newspaper and had evening snacks.
