Of all the times I've stayed in the Residence Inn by Marriott, the most recent stay was the only time that I was dissatisfied with the service. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room.

The only complaint I have about this hotel location is that it is off a major road (Lawrence Expressway) and it was quite noisy at night.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They had the best complimentary breakfast every morning. The staff maintained the food service nicely, and the food was always fresh and warm. The staff was always courteous and smiling.
