Mediocre
It smelled as if someone was in our room smoking...and this is a NON-Smoking room. The smoke alarm also beeping because of low battery all night. When I mentioned these to the desk clerk when checking out, they didn't seem to care a whole lot...

I've staying in this hotel for thirteen years in a row. We come up for horsefair and have a great time, and then come back to the hotel and unwind in the pool, and drift away in your wonderful big beds.... The staff is always very friendly and...
40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It was a fabulous place to stay with our large family. They had spacious suites and friendly service. It was near everything you could need. The kitchen was a great bonus and the maid service was exceptional. The only thing that did not impress was the swimming pool.
It was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the whole family to have a little space. The staff was fabulous.
I am very likely
to return to the Residence Inn Madison East.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Horrible
DO NOT STAY HERE! The wlls are Paper Thin and it is EXTREMELY NOISY. I stayed in two different rooms and both were horrible. I am up at 2am due to the nosie - writing this...
