We spent 3 miserable nights here. The beds were old and very uncomfortable. When we asked to change rooms we were told "they are all just as bad." They put an old board under the mattress. Staff avoids complaints by talking among themselves and ignoring customers. Restrooms, rugs and rooms are dirty. I brought in breakfast for my husband as the toaster did not work and the food was so unhealthy. A complaint to customer service led to a "form" email from the manager. A second complaint just brought the same email. Obviously people are not a priority here!

Excellent
We stayed at this location for a little over a week. The staff made us welcome. They served breakfast and dinner through the week and the food was great. The accomidation was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. Great place to stay.
