My family's stay at this Residence Inn hotel was less that ideal. We had problems checking in, as our room was not ready, our keys did not work properly, the free internet was difficult to use and we received no apology for this. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfasts, though. They were nice and even though it ran a little later, they never closed it on those late comers.

It is quiet and out of the way of the freeway and major thoroughfares. The service is unobtrusive. The rooms are clean. I can eat the food they prepare there, I can cook in my room, or I can eat out. The free wireless internet service is really nice.

The location is off the beaten path and therefore quiet. The room was comfortable and clean and it had a full service kitchen. If I had stayed longer I would have saved money by being able to cook my own meals.

The location was convenient, it was close to the airport. The comfort was okay but the service was awful and the staff was rude. The morning breakfast area was dirty and had trash on the floor, tables, and all over. Don't count on the morning paper, by eight a.m. the desk was out.

I stayed here over a weekend and it actually did feel private and homey. The room I received had a fireplace, and a small loft in it. Having an "upstairs" and "downstairs" was a nice feature. The small kitchen had an electric range and all the basic small appliances that one might need for cooking.
