Horrible
Customer service was horrible. Did not advise me of $100 non-refundable pet deposit! I was not aware and made it know at check-in that i had a small dog, 5lbs. Really could care less that i was unaware of the fee. That was a deal breaker on a...
52 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
It was centrally located for my needs. It was a bit older than I expected and the pool was very small. The staff was very helpful. The shuttle was a big plus for us in choosing an hotel.
It was a very laid back atmosphere. I felt like I could approach the guest house staff with any questions or problems. I was able to interact with the staff easily.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Residence Inn Fort Worth University.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Staff was very friendly, rooms clean and bedding smelled fresh, even the sofa bed bedding that was stored in the closet. Very reasonable price compared to others in the area.
I am very likely
to return to the Residence Inn Fort Worth University.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Good
This was just a quick trip to the symphony and to visit the zoo and family. This is a great location near the zoo. Only a block away. I could have walked but it's kind of a long way around and thru the parking lot. The first night we stayed and went ...
48 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
I use the Residence Inn as frequently as I can. I have never had anything but excellent service nor encountered any employee that wasn't willing to go out of their way to help. If you can't be home the Residence Inn is the next best thing. Maybe even a better thing.
I like that you can call ahead with a grocery list and they will do your shopping and have everything all put away by the time you get there.
I am very likely
to return to the Residence Inn Fort Worth University.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
35 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The staff at this hotel is extremely helpful and friendly. This location is near food places, which is good because they do not have onsite food other than a little mini market.
They offer easy business services.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Residence Inn Fort Worth University.
I might recommend it to friends.

Excellent
The room was clean and the full kitchen would be convenient on a longer trip. Near many tourist sites and on the biking/walking paths of Trinity River. Friendly staff.

Okay
Free breakfast and shuttle service.Bed was lumpy, thermostat did not control our AC. The hotel was an older, but clean place. Thermostat says 70 no matter what you set it on, but it is NOT 70. If you want to be convenient to downtown this is NOT the ...
