I always like them. We are a group of four and it is nice to have some extra room with the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. They are also usually very quiet, so it is easy to sleep and relax.

The hotel staff and management are excellent. They are very friendly, courteous and helpful in whatever you want and need. The general manager works well with her staff and always remembers each guest's name and needs.

They gave me a smoking room that stinks when I booked a non-smoking room. The staff refused to change my room.
