Our suites give you fifty percent more space than a traditional hotel room. The Residence Inn Dallas Park Central is located three miles from the Galleria Mall and four miles from Northpark Mall. Downtown Dallas is ten miles south of the hotel.
All suites now feature complimentary high speed Internet access. Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living area with dining counter, desk, lounge chair and sofa bed. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area and sofa bed. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, two full baths and furnished living room with dining area, fireplace, lounge chair and sofa bed. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, cooktop stove, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker.

While the suite was nice, except for the extremely firm bed, this hotel is run by a management team and staff that are some of the most uncaring people we've met. The only security that you have is in your suite. In the parking lot? Forget it. Our vehicle was broken into and burglarized. The management team indicated that they had security in the parking lot, but when we called back later after arriving home and pretended to need a room, they indicated that they did not have security. They were not helpful at all during the stressful situation, not lifting a finger to help - even the Dallas Police Department officer that investigated the incident felt the same way.
I know that some of you will think that security is not a big deal, but for those that care about your wellbeing as well as the safety of your valuables, please beware if you choose to stay here - you're on your own!

I couldn't find anything to complain about if I tried. Maybe that it is a little hard to find because it's among tall office buildings. But don't let that stop you - wonderful hotel.
63 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The people were extremely helpful. We were there to use the medical facilities nearby. The hotel staff helped with arrangements and directions. When we checked out, I forgot my medications and when we called them, they found the medicines and overnighted them to me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
They kept asking if they could help throughout our stay.
I am very likely
to return to the Residence Inn Dallas Park Central.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
