They had good service at check-in when they were overbooked. The room was not repaired and should not have been rented. It had a good selection for breakfast.

They had a very accommodating staff. They had a spacious room.
We got bumped from our flight at the airport and by the time we got to the hotel, we were frazzled. The desk clerk was checking in lots of people, and was so understanding and accommodating, and knew that we just wanted to get to bed.
