Wow if I had read the other reviews, I probably would haven't stay here but we did and we loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even called us a couple of hours after checking in to make sure we were happy with the room. The location ...
The rooms are emaculate-clean sheets, The service was wonderful-daily room cleaning, vacuuming, put dishes in dish washer, etc.. The food is outstanding-plenty selections, all you can eat. Courteous housekeeping personnel and front desk clerks....

Horrible
We always stay at Residents inn hotels because they are clean. This is the first one that we were un happy with. The rooms were old and smelly. The carpet was old and dirty and the cabinets in kitchen and bath were peeling apart.Our window was right ...
53 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This was our fourth stay at this hotel and they still did not have things we requested. For example they need a high riser for the toilet. I have an eighty-two year old mother who needs that assistance. The first time we stay that was requested and still it has not been added to the services. On the positive side the staff was very attentive when the air conditioner went out in our room. Within an hour they had a new room for us and even assisted with the moving of our things.
The staff was very attentive to my mother and grandson, which is very important to me.
I am very likely
to return to the Residence Inn Charlotte University Research Park.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Okay

They have the most comfortable and personal hotel suites for the price. They’re always conveniently located.
I needed to limit movement at the end of a trying day. At Residence Inn by Marriott, I was able to freshen up, eat, and relax all in the confines of my suite. It fit my needs perfectly.
I am very likely
to return to the Residence Inn Charlotte University Research Park.
