Terrific breakfast, room was well-cooled upon arrival.Location is next to lumber yard. Not very scenic. Very comfortable room, great breakfast, accommodating staff.

The breakfast buffet was great and a good location.Awful customer service, rude people (not all). The hotel is nice but I was let down by the customer service. The lady at check in was awful. She had to call over an assistant and she had no problem...

Mediocre

Breakfast was good.Bathroom not clean, specifically the toilet lid. Hotel showed its age. Cable TV was snowy. Lobby and breakfast was OK, but we would not stay at the same brand hotel again. I'd rather pay more and feel clean.

62 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I am very likely to return to the Residence Inn Charleston.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
