The kitchen was very nice and surprisingly well equiped. The fridgerator was a full size one. I had a hard wired internet connection which worked the vast majority of the time. I had to climb up stairs to get to my room though. Parking was...

They were quick to help when I needed it. I asked for directions on a couple of occasions and the staff took the time to make sure I was able to get where I was going.

This hotel is beautifully well-kept, and immaculately clean. It’s also close to shopping. The only problem was with the reservations - they had difficulty understanding that we were reserving two rooms. We had to call several times to confirm that they had booked us in correctly, and it was a good thing we did. Their continental breakfast was more than continental, and was wonderful!

They included (in the room) items a traveler would not necessarily pack themselves, such as an iron. The room design was well-planned and there was plenty of room for an extended stay. The kitchen area was well-prepared.

Other than the rudeness displayed by the manager on duty at check-in, I didn't have any problems. However, I may not return to that particular Residence Inn by Marriott.
After getting over the initial problem with the deposit, the staff was friendly, accessible, and helpful.
