The Residence Inn Birmingham Inverness is conveniently located two miles east of Interstate 459 on US Highway 280 in the Inverness Park area. I went to this establishment from August 3 - August 5, 2006 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The hotel staff was superb. Everything I could have imagined wanting was there. Each morning I had a full breakfast, hot sausage, biscuits, waffles (you prepare yourself), scrambled eggs, toast, jelly, yogurt, orange, cranberry and apple juice, coffee, and much more. During the evenings at 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Thursday, they have a social hour where you can eat anything from hamburgers with all the fixings as well as beer and wine (no additional cost) to lasagna or other pasta dishes. There is a large outdoor heated pool for the swimmers and nearby stores and restaurants of every kind, for miles in either direction. The hotel also has a spa, tennis courts, and gas grills. Stay there here when you travel to Inverness, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Exceeded our expectations. The ethernet connection was very easy to use. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. The free breakfast was outstanding. Waffles, sausage, eggs, potatoes, and more.laundry facilities as well. I would reccomend this...
