The hotel was very clean and staff was extremely pleasant. It was 100 degrees and the air conditioning was not working on the 4th floor. After about 6 hrs I called for another room in less then 6 minutes we were in a cooler room. I should have called earlier. I reserved a room and there was a $230 hold on my bank account along with a $80 fee for my pet. The room was $169 with tax should total around $192-$193. We decided to stay an extra day my mom asked to have that night on her card. There was a $532 hold on her bank account. Two days later there was another hold on my account of $460.00 and $80 in addition to the $230 hold. We had over $1200 held by our banks. Eventually my moms money was credit back to her account. After 5 days the additional funds were credit back to my account... We are still checking to see what will happen next. The hotel offered a complimentry breakfast which was really nice, beer and wine in the evenings. Taco night was awesome. (complimentry). On our second night we had a really nice dinner (complimentry). Overall the hotel itself was nice. Beaware of additonal little fees. Local phone calls .75 and fees for the internet unless you use it in the lobby for free.

I stayed for three months and could not have asked for anything better, the staff was great, made me feel like I was home. The general manager at that hotel makes you feel like family. There is always a staff member there for your needs.

They had a very nice staff and room. The bed is very uncomfortable. The breakfast needs to run a little later.

The location and comfort and service at the Residence Inn were all fantastic. I loved staying in that motel.

The doors were locked at night and the entire motel was very well lighted and had great security features.

I have been very pleased with this chain. The comfort and service have been very good. I would recommend it.

I stayed at the Baltimore White Marsh Residence Inn Marriott at 4980 Mercantile Drive, Baltimore, MD I was bitten by dog fleas and bed bugs which were all over the room, under the covers and sheets, as the hotel apparently allowed pets but didn't sanitize after them. The bed was full of fleas and bugs under the covers and all over the mattress.

The stay at the Marriott’s was extremely regretful. I have addressed this problem to management the hotel’s lack of sanitization and proper cleaning.

Very neat, clean and comfortable. Looked new - not used and worn.
