Mediocre
Our room had a dog above us that jumped on our ceiling all night and kept us up. The manager was unconcerned and refused to offer any solution (She knew the pet's owners.)The rooms were older and loud.

A recent visit to Austin with our sons, ages 11 and 13, was great thanks to the two bedroom suite at this hotel. The suite was spacious, had two bathrooms and a full kitchen -- perfect for family travel. A full breakfast was included -- great...
50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
They still need to work on breakfasts: there wasn't enough protein, too many carbs, and it was not easy and convenient to get to the food (they need trays!). They should have fountain drinks at breakfast instead of just nasty juice, milk, and coffee.
The bed and couches were very comfortable and clean.
I am very likely
to return to the Residence Inn Austin Northwest/Arboretum.

I like the friendliness of the staff and the meals provided for breakfast and dinner. Everyone there is very nice and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and wanted. I was treated like a VIP.
They had a well-lit parking area, and inside doors with a security key to enter after 10 PM.
