Okay
Went to visit the U of Michigan. Had heard Residence Inn's are very nice, but was a little disappointed - especially for the price. It seemed a trifle shabby - I expected better. Room was a little small. Hallways didn't seem clean enough. The pool...

46 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
It was very comfortable. It had all I wanted or needed to stay a few days and not have to eat out. The personnel were very good.
The check in person was extremely helpful. They were not at all snobby or standoffish. I felt if there was anything I needed, I could ask with no problem.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Residence Inn Ann Arbor.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was very attractive and there were good eating places within walking distance. They also served good breakfasts and evening food events in the hotel lobby. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant!

My wife and I recently spent a weekend here with our three children and had a wonderful experience. The facilities were good (nothing incredibly special, but nothing that I would say needs improvement) but the service made this hotel stand out...
