The hotel has a good location. It is close to shopping, Metro and restaurants.

It's a great hotel with good service. The only issue was the change out and upgrade of the bed occurring at the installers convenience, rather than at a specific time that had been arranged and confirmed with the front desk. The special request for an arranged time was do to the fact that I was a day sleeper and the interruption occurred right in the middle of my sleep. The arrangement with the front desk was for early morning before I was to arrive back to the hotel and go to sleep for the day. Please note I am a Platinum Member and this still occurred.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was great being able to provide the hotel with future stay requirements at the desk and receive email confirmations. Also the shuttle service around town was exceptional.

It was a long walk to the waterfront but the hotel shuttle was very flexible and the driver was very friendly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I had never stayed at a Residence Inn before. I was very impressed with the wheelchair access for my daughter, as was she. The suite was truly accessible to her, including the kitchen. There were a few controls above the stove that were not accessible, but this was minor.

I received above average service from all staff members. I will make a point at staying at this chain in the future.

I really love staying here. The evening social time is really great, and the food is excellent. The pool is always nice, but during the winter months it may be warm one night, but cold the next. This is about the only improvement I can think of.

The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating.

This hotel made me feel practical: We were able to purchase groceries and prepare meals in the room in the small kitchen area cutting down on the cost of eating out, thus allowing us to pay more for the room.

It's a great value. The morning and evening meals were a nice attribute.
