People associate hotels with hospitality. Hospitality means being accomodating, courteous, and helpful. The front desk clerk failed to provide adequate customer service to my family. Patience is key when you are dealing with customers, especially paying custoners. I hope that someone really takes the time and read the message board. The bottom line, you treat others as you want someone to treat you and your family.
